With over a decade of experience in managerial and customer service roles, Petra is committed to ensuring the ongoing satisfaction and success of all our families. Her priority is to make sure every student feels supported and set up for success from the very beginning of their journey with us.
Petra brings more than 10 years of experience in administration, business, and management. In her previous role as a Swim School Manager, she excelled in student enrolments and customer retention, demonstrating her strong organisational and leadership skills. She holds a Master’s in Business Administration, a Master’s in Marketing and Communication, and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. Her extensive qualifications and experience allow her to streamline the enrolment process, ensuring families experience a smooth and seamless transition into our Centre.
One of Petra’s standout qualities is her attention to detail and genuinely caring approach. She takes the time to understand each student’s unique needs and goals, addressing them with care and precision. Her friendly and approachable nature creates a welcoming environment where families feel comfortable, heard, and supported throughout their educational journey.Beyond administration, Petra takes pride in monitoring student progress and working closely with families to develop personalised strategies that support both academic and personal growth.
