He holds a Master of Teaching (Secondary) from Griffith University, specialising in Mathematics and Physics, and has a strong academic foundation in engineering.

Throughout his teaching career, Richard has worked with a diverse range of students, helping them build confidence, sharpen their problem-solving skills, and achieve academic success. Known for his patient and structured teaching approach, Richard excels at making complex mathematical and scientific concepts accessible and engaging for learners of all abilities.
