Important Information: Tutors SA only accepts auto-payment to pay the initial and ongoing tuition fees for enrolled subjects. A Client with a valid Direct Debit or Credit/Debit card setup in Spark portal will be automatically charged 7 days after receiving their Invoice as per the Schedule of Fees and Charges. Please note that if you do not accept the auto-payment as the mode of payment, you/your child(ren) will not be able to continue the enrolment at Tutors SA.

Tutors SA Centres are cashless to ensure the safest environment for our students. Payment details are accepted during the enrolment process. Tutors SA accept credit or debit cards with MasterCard/Visa function.

Tutors SA may collect digital, photographic and multimedia images of students to show parents/legal guardians activities undertaken by students and to promote the tuition centre. In addition, Tutors SA develops teaching, learning and promotional materials and the images/videos collected may be published in print and digitally (eg. on Tutors SA website, Tutors SA social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, and the like, and marketing materials such as e-newsletters, printed brochures/flyers, presentations and sometimes advertisements. We seek your permission to include your child’s photograph/videos, quotes, or interviews in these mediums. Please indicate your consent by selecting "Yes" or "No" from the options below. Should you indicate "Yes", the permission will continue until you revoke permission in writing to Tutors SA.
