The Opportunity:
Tutors SA, one of Adelaide’s leading tutoring institutes, is currently seeking a highly capable Content Development & Systems Assistant to join our team on a project-based contract. This is an on-site role based at our Campbelltown Centre, with agreed working hours per week.
This unique hybrid position combines academic content development with online platform systems support. You will play a key role in supporting our Year 7 Entry Scholarship programs (Mathematics and English) while also maintaining and improving our online question platform.

Tutors SA is South Australia’s premier private tuition institute, established in 2013. We specialise in teaching and mentoring students from Reception to Year 12 (including SACE and IB) across a broad range of subjects. Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a high-achieving and organised individual who:
- Have achieved an ATAR 99.00+ (or equivalent outstanding academic performance).
- Have a strong university GPA in Mathematics, Engineering, Science, Law, Arts, Education, or a related degree.
- Demonstrate high attention to detail and structured, systems-based thinking.
- Have strong written communication skills.
- Technically confident and comfortable working with online platforms.

Desirable:
- Experience tutoring or mentoring students in Mathematics and/or English.
- Experience assisting with scholarship preparation programs.
- Experience uploading, organising, or managing digital question banks.
- Strong formatting and document-structuring skills.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist in developing and refining Year 7 Entry Scholarship materials (Mathematics & English).
- Support structured content creation including questions, worked solutions, and formatted resources.
- Update, maintain, and quality-check our online question platform.
- Upload, categorise, and manage digital question banks for student access.
- Ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency across all academic materials.
- Work closely with our academic and leadership team to maintain high standards.
