Shardul is a dedicated and experienced tutor who is passionate about breaking down complex concepts into clear, accessible ideas. With over five years of tutoring experience, he brings both expertise and empathy to his teaching, drawing from his own journey through SACE and university admissions to support students facing similar challenges.

Currently a fifth-year medical student at the University of Adelaide, Shardul tutors Pre-SACE Maths and Science, Stage 1 and Stage 2 Maths Methods and Biology, as well as UCAT preparation. Having achieved an ATAR of 99.2 and a UCAT score in the 95th percentile, he offers students valuable insight into the demands of these assessments and tailors his lessons to maximise performance and understanding.

Shardul’s teaching approach is structured, focused, and highly effective. He emphasises building genuine understanding rather than rote memorisation, incorporating active recall techniques and using analogies and real-world connections to make learning more meaningful. His ability to simplify challenging material helps students develop both confidence and strong problem-solving skills.

Known for his patient and approachable nature, Shardul takes the time to identify each student’s individual needs and works collaboratively to address them. Whether supporting students in foundational Maths or guiding them through high-stakes UCAT preparation, his goal is to ensure every student feels prepared, capable, and confident in their abilities.
