Liwen is our Maths and Science tutor with a strong background in Biology and Mathematics, a passion for teaching, and proven experience in tutoring. She is in her last year of studying for a double degree in Bachelor of Biotechnology and Mathematics, where she has developed a solid foundation in General Science and Mathematics. Liwen is currently a teaching assistant and tutor for first-year biology and mathematics topics at a University, where she successfully assists students in grasping complex concepts, improving their grades, and developing effective study habits. Many of her students are international students, and she believes in creating a collaborative and inclusive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and actively participating in the learning process. Her goal is not only to help students achieve academic success but also to instill a lifelong love for learning. In 2022, Liwen was nominated for the Student-Led Teaching Award. Beyond her academic qualifications and tutoring experience, Liwen also has excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to adapt to the unique needs of each student. She is a great addition to our growing team.
